Welcome to Skotamor Coffee Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Skotamor Coffee Co. website and online store (the “Site”), owned and operated by Skotamor Coffee Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1) Online Store Terms
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site.

2) Products & Services
We sell coffee, tea, and related merchandise fulfilled on demand through our fulfillment and dropshipping partners, including Dripshipper.
All product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, and other product information are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or Service at any time.
3) Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Payments may be processed securely through Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment gateways made available through our Site.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel or modify an order after payment has been received, we will provide an applicable refund for the affected amount.
4) Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our roasting, fulfillment, and dropshipping partners.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier delays, order volume, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
5) Returns & Refunds
For health and safety reasons, all coffee and tea sales are final.
We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving an order if there is an issue with the product or shipment.
6) Pricing & Taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
Applicable sales tax and other required taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on the applicable laws and the information associated with your order.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed, except where required by law.
7) Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, brand names, designs, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and trademarks, is the property of Skotamor Coffee Co. or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to your purchase of a product or use of the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or Service giving rise to the claim.
